FINNISH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS IN RACKETLON
in Lahti, Finland, 17-19th of May 2002.

- This is the traditional Finnish Championships, the mother of all racketlon events, with origins tracing back to 1986.
- It all started out in Helsinki, then moved to Lahti in 1999 and this is the 15th Finnish Chamiponships, now - for the first time - open for international participants.

- The traditional Swedish Championships, held in Stockholm every year since 1989.

KARLSKRONA RACKETVIRTUOSO
in Karlskrona, 24-29th of June 2002.

- The yearly Karlskrona Racketlon championships, with a history of more than ten years.
- The actual tournament takes place 24-28th of June. The 29th is the date for the traditional evening banquet. Players from outside Karlskrona will not be playing on the first day (24th)
- Note that the Karlskrona racketlon rules deviate from the standard; 50 points are played in each discipline.
- Note, also, that (since matches take place in the evenings) participation in the tournament combines very well with tours in one of Sweden's greatest summer holiday resorts - Karlskrona and its archipelago.

KING OF RACKETS   NEW - 19 Apr 2003
in Oudenaarde, Belgium, 1, 2, 4 and 10 May 2003.

- This is not Racketlon... but very close. The main difference is that there are no true racketlon matches where the same two people play each other in all four sports. Instead, the total points of everybody are summed up in the end.
- This is a classic tournament that has been held every year since 1993. It is probably the only multi racket tournament in Beglium.

- This is not Racketlon... but close. The main difference is that, according to German multi-racket tradition, separate tournaments are played in each sport. Then the rankings are weighed together to decide the winner.
- This is a classic tournament that is now held for the fourteenth(!) time.

THE WEITERSTADT 5-SCHLÄGER TOURNAMENT

in Weiterstadt, Germany, 12-13 July 2003.

- This is not Racketlon... but close. The fifth Schläger involved is a mini-golf club(!!) and the other major difference is that, according to German multi-racket tradition, separate tournaments are played in each sport. Then the rankings are weighed together to decide the winner.
- This is a classic tournament that is now held for the seventh time.
