Timeplan for World Open Preparations

The World Open management team lead by Håkan Granberg have now agreed on the following plan for the practical events leading up to the tournament.
Formal registration is done by means of a payment.
Since we are forced to limit the number of participants we will,
regrettably, have to reject some people that want to participate.
Since we do not want any payments from those who we have had to
reject, we ask everyone who has registered to wait for acceptance
before they pay. Payments received by people that
have not been accepted will not be returned.
| 18th September (Tuesday) |
Information containing payment instructions will be sent out to everyone who has been accepted to participate to that date. (Only those for which we do not have an e-mail address will receive a paper letter.) The fee will be SEK 350 (ca $35). People, who applied before 1. September can stay
calm. They will all be accepted. |
| 5th October (Friday) |
Application Deadline! After this date we will no longer consider any e-mail applications. . |
| 12th October (Friday) |
Payment Deadline! This is the date when your money needs to be available on our account if you want to participate. But you have to be accepted before you pay! . |
| 23rd October (Tuesday) |
The draw is published. It will be made available on this web site only. No paper match schedules will be sent out. . |
| 2-4th November (Friday-Sunday) |
The first ever international racketlon tournament takes place in Alelyckan, Gothenburg. A first draft time schedule reads: Friday: 19:00-23:00 Saturday: 08:00-18:00 Sunday: 09:00-15:00 WELCOME! |
