The World Open management team lead by Håkan Granberg have now agreed on the following plan for the practical events leading up to the tournament.

Individual Event

• You apply by means of a simple e-mail to Gothenburg_Racketlon@hotmail.com We need your
  name:
  e-mail address (important!):

  street address:
  presumed class:
  Your application will be confirmed by a return e-mail within one week of the application and you will be able to verify that you are registered through the application list that will be updated continuously on Racketlon.com.

Team Event

• Applications for the team event is subject to the same general arrangements as applications for the individual event including the timeplan below.
• Each team needs a team captain that applies and functions as the main point of contact towards tournament management.
• The application must contain the names of the members of the team. (In order to avoid clashes in the match schedule on Friday night we need to make sure that team players do not enter the individual event until Saturday morning.) A team can consist of a maximum of 6 players; 3 men, 1 lady + max 1 male reserve, max 1 female reserve.
• No extra payment is needed since participation in the team event is included in the fee for the main tournament.

Payment Instructions

• Participation fee is SEK 390 or Euro 45
• Payment is done in cash on site at the Alelyckan Sport Center at arrival. It must be fulfilled before you start your first match.
• Everyone registered as admitted at application deadline will enter the draw and is expected to pay the participation fee. Even if they do not take part due to a late withdrawal.
