General Preparations
- Read the Regulations for Top 8 at www.racketlon.com!!
Before the Tournament
- Send out reminder e-mail a couple of (work) days
before application deadline.
- If less than 8 people have applied at application deadline then
it is the task of the tournament host to hunt down the remaining
people as soon as possible on a first come first serve basis.
Since this might mean that it will take a while before the draw
is published there will probably not be time for any
qualification matches.
- Monday two weeks in advance; Publish the draw on Racketlon.com
- Day before tournament: Check directly with the sport center
that everything is all right with the bookings.
- Be prepared for late cancellations. Fill the vacancies by means
of quick phone calls. Note, however, that it is the
responsiblitiy of the person who cancels to find a replacement.
If no replacement is found full participation fee is charged!
At the tournament
- bring printout of the draw for the notice board
- co-ordinate the in-take of fees (150kr) from the participants
and the payment (800) to the sport center
- (balls is the responsibility of the participants)
- make sure that the results are noted on the notice board
After the Tournament
- Enter the results onto Racketlon.com
- Make a new version of the ranking and publish that too
