All potential British participants in Gothenburg Racketlon World Open (see the invitation under EVENTS on the Racketlon.com startpage) should be aware that Ryan Air (www.ryanair.com) runs incredibly cheap flights from London to Gothenburg. But you should also be warned that the price is highly dependent on when the ticket is booked! At the moment it is possible to book tickets for £9.99 if the journey is undertaken between 9th September and 17th October. Outside of this period prices might be more than 10 times as high!!!

This means that in a couple of weeks time it will be possible to book flights to Gothenburg Racketlon World Open 1st-3rd of November for a shockingly low price. Do it on-line at www.ryanair.com !

There is no longer any financial reason for British racket enthusiasts to stay home! On the contrary, if you are good, there might be financial reasons to go! (see this!)

Another reason for non-Swedish players not to hesitate was introduced a few days ago. The World Open management team have decided that all non-Swedish participants shall be guaranteed at least 3 matches. (Swedish players are guaranteed 2). In addition, note that your application is non-binding until three weeks before tournament (11th October). This means that you can easily cancel until then. (See the timeplan for World Open)

An early application increases your chances to get admitted to play in World Open. And, as said, you have nothing to loose.
