Entry Information (incl. Payment Instructions)

Entry to our tournament can be done completely on-line. It involves the following three steps:

1) Register.
To register is a simple one minute procedure. Just fill in the registration form at the Racketlon.com Entry Engine! (shift-click the link if you prefer a new window). Admittance is limited so register early to avoid disappointment - and to help us promote the event with an attractive entry list! No need to hesitate since you can easily click "Cancel" at any time before deadline.

2) Get an FIR Player ID. (NEW in 2008!)
If you have not already done so - you will need to create a profile at FIR's "Result Reporter" system. This will generate an FIR Player ID for you, which in turn is needed for the new world ranking system. To do this go to "Players' Corner" at www.resultreporter.com/player/, click "Register" and follow the on-line instructions. As for step 1 there is nothing to lose by doing this immediately.

3) Pay.
See below for payment instructions. If you choose our convenient on-line credit card payment method this too is often a one minute operation. (If you do not already have a Paypal account it will take a few more minutes.)

Important: Those who are listed as admitted in the entry list (step 1) by deadline are required to pay the entry fee. But only those who have also completed step 2 and 3 above by deadline are guaranteed to enter the draw!

Registration and Payment Deadline
Sunday 12 October (3 weeks before tournament)

Entry Fees (per entry)
Paypal payments: EURO 50
Postgiro payments: SEK 450
Ladies and Juniors (under 21) pay half price (irrespective of class)!

(Note: the fees are per entry - doubles or singles - meaning that participation in the doubles class is half price per player compared to participation in the singles classes. Also, in case a lady or junior play doubles with a participant required to pay full price it is the applicable half of the fee that is reduced by 50%. E.g. Mixed Doubles will typically be EURO 37,50.)

Included in the Entry Fee
- A minimum of 2 matches (3 for non-Swedish players)
- Balls and shuttlecocks during each match
- Players' Dinner, Saturday night (drinks excluded)
- T-shirt
- Shuttle service
- Prize Money (a minimum of 7000 SEK to be allocated on the medalists in the two Elite classes)

How can I confirm that my money has reached you (to make sure that I get into the draw)?
The entry list will indicate whether we have received your money or not. If you have paid and it does not show in the entry list within 7 days something will probably be wrong so then, please get in touch! (The payment information is the only info in the entry list that is updated manually so you need to give us some time to do this even though PayPal payments are immediately visible to us.) The final update of the entry list will take place on Thursday night following deadline so if you are not listed as Paid on FRIDAY please contact us immediately! (Draws are made on Sunday).

Two alternatives:

1) Credit Card
Everyone can pay on-line by means of our convenient and secure on-line credit card service; Paypal. Just click the button below, fill in a few simple forms and the money will be visible to us immediately.

(Note: If you do not have a credit card you may choose to let someone else pay for you since the payer will be given the chance to attach a message with the payment - e.g. indicating which player the payment refers to if that is different from the payer. You may also pay for more than one player at a time since you can enter any amount you wish. (Even voluntary(!) contributions to the prize money are welcome...))

2) Postgiro
Swedish players may choose to pay to our postgiro:
