The International Racketlon Federation hereby makes official the following Challenger Events for 2007:

7-9 Apr: Salzburg Easter Cup (Austria)
23-24 Jun: Swiss Open (Zürich)
29 Jun-1 Jul: Portugal Open (Tomar)
2-4 Nov: Gothenburg Open (Sweden)
16-18 Nov: Wilson Bavarian Open (Fürth, Germany)

Note that the Swiss Open and the Portugal Open are the first international Racketlon events in their respective countries. Salzburg Easter Cup and the Wilson Bavarian Open were around last year already, although not as World Ranking Events. Gothenburg Open, the oldest of all international Racketlon tournaments, will be held for the seventh time this year.

Challenger Events count for the World Ranking (prestige factor 0,5) but not for the World Tour Race. For a general introduction to Challenger Events and a continuously updated Challenger calendar, see this page. Additional Challenger Events during 2007 are to be expected and will be announced on Racketlon.com as they emerge. Stay tuned!
